O&M Engineers & Technicians
Quick performance checks during site visits. Calculate CUF and PR on the spot without lugging laptops or waiting for office software.
Free. Private. Powerful. Browser-based tools built by engineers, for engineers.
We believe that powerful solar analytics shouldn't come with a price tagโor compromise your plant data privacy.
Kindastuff Solar Analytics was born from a simple frustration: why should solar professionals struggle with expensive software, complicated setups, or tools that demand you upload sensitive plant data to unknown servers?
We built something different. A platform where every calculation happens right in your browser. Where your plant data stays on your device. Where "free" actually means freeโno hidden catches, no premium tiers, no "contact sales for pricing."
Whether you're an O&M engineer troubleshooting in the field, an asset manager reviewing quarterly performance, or a student learning the fundamentals of PV analysisโyou deserve tools that just work.
Your plant data never leaves your device. Zero uploads.
No loading screens, no server delays. Get answers in seconds.
Every tool is designed with real-world solar operations in mind.
No subscriptions, no trials, no "upgrade to unlock." Supported by minimal advertising.

Try CUF CalculatorWorking on solar plant audits, Aman found himself constantly switching between spreadsheets, battling with complex software, and worrying about data privacy. There had to be a better way.
What started as personal scripts became a full-fledged web platform. Kindastuff launched with a simple promise: professional-grade tools that respect your privacy and your wallet.
Today, Kindastuff serves solar professionals across India and beyond. We're constantly evolving based on user feedback, adding new tools, and refining existing ones.
Renewable Energy Engineer & Founder
I'm a B.Tech Electronics & Instrumentation engineer from Medicaps Institute of Technology with 8+ years of hands-on experience in solar plant operations. Before founding Kindastuff, I worked as a Solar Plant Performance Engineer in the O&M department of a 30 MW ground-mounted plant in Madhya Pradesh โ responsible for daily SCADA monitoring, monthly MIS reporting, PR and CUF analysis, client performance reporting, and fault rectification.
The tools on this site are the ones I needed on the job and couldn't find for free. Every calculator reflects a real calculation I ran in a real reporting cycle โ not a textbook exercise.
"If a tool is genuinely useful, it should be accessible to everyoneโnot just those with enterprise budgets."
Yes. All solar calculations run 100% locally in your browser. Your plant data never touches our servers and never gets uploaded. The values you enter into our calculators stay entirely on your device.
There's no catch. Kindastuff is free because we believe essential industry tools shouldn't be locked behind paywalls. We sustain the platform through minimal, non-intrusive advertising. No premium tiers, no "contact sales," no sudden pricing changes.
Yes! Install Kindastuff as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on your device. Once installed, you can access all calculators without an internet connectionโperfect for remote site visits or areas with poor connectivity.
Our calculations follow industry-standard methodologies used in professional PV performance analysis. Computational accuracy is exact; real-world accuracy depends on sensor calibration and data quality.
We're focused on keeping our core tools free and accessible. However, if you have specific requirements or suggestions for new tools, we'd love to hear from you through our contact page.
The best way to support us is by sharing Kindastuff with colleagues who might find it useful. Word of mouth from real users means everything. You can also follow us on LinkedIn and provide feedback to help us improve.
